Real questions about Tabloa, answered directly.

See what you can do across the floor, kitchen, register, inventory and management; what you need to use it; and what each plan includes.

01

Orders, tickets and kitchen

From taking an order to getting it to the kitchen or bar.

Can orders be sent directly to the kitchen when they are taken on a phone?

Yes. A server can open the table and take the order on a phone, tablet or computer. Once confirmed, Tabloa sends it into the preparation flow and can print each product at its configured station, such as the kitchen or bar.

Can one ticket route products separately to the kitchen and bar?

Yes. You can configure printing stations and preparation zones so each product reaches the correct place. You can also set exclusions and test the printing route before service.

Can the team see which orders are pending, being prepared or ready?

Yes. Tabloa maintains an operational queue with order statuses so the team can identify what must be prepared, what is in progress and what is ready to serve.

Does Tabloa handle dine-in, takeout and delivery orders?

Yes. All three order types share one flow while keeping their own data and statuses. Delivery orders can include a customer, address, zone, fee and courier.

Can I record cooking terms, add-ons and special notes?

Yes. Products support modifier groups, options, quantities and notes. That information travels with the item on its ticket to reduce questions between the floor and preparation team.

Can I split a check by products or between several guests?

Yes. Tabloa lets you separate a check and record split payments without losing the order total or the detail of what each person paid.

02

Tables, service and delivery

Tools that keep each check and each order in the right place.

Can I draw the floor plan and organize tables by zone?

Yes. You can create zones, place tables and visual elements on the plan, and see their status from a touch-friendly service view.

Can I move an order from one table to another?

Yes. A user with permission can move the check to another table while keeping its products, notes and status.

Can Tabloa generate a pre-check before payment?

Yes. You can review or print a pre-check with the order details before completing payment and closing the table.

Does it support quick sales without opening a table?

Yes. Tabloa has a quick-sale flow for counter operations or orders that do not need a table, subject to the enabled plan.

Can I manage delivery orders and couriers in Tabloa?

Yes. You can record addresses, zones, fees, statuses and delivery assignees. Your plan price does not change based on order volume or the delivery fee.

04

Register, payments and expenses

Payment records, shifts, cash counts and money moving in or out.

Does Tabloa support blind cash counts?

Yes. The responsible person enters the counted cash without seeing the expected amount first; at close, Tabloa shows the difference and keeps the shift trail.

Which payment methods can I record on a sale?

You can record cash, card, transfer or other configured methods. Tabloa records and reconciles the reported method; it is not the payment gateway that charges the diner.

Can one check be paid with multiple methods?

Yes. You can split the amount between people or payment methods and keep the detail within one sale.

Do tips and delivery fees inflate sales?

No. Tabloa records them separately from consumption so reports distinguish sales from money owed to the team or courier. Tabloa charges for the chosen plan and optional electronic-document packages, not a percentage of those amounts.

Can I record operating expenses and payments?

Yes. You can record expenses, categories, payments and operational support, and connect them to cash or purchasing when applicable.

05

Inventory, recipes and purchasing

Stock, cost, supply and movement control across locations.

Can I create recipes and calculate a dish's cost?

Does Tabloa warn me when an ingredient is running low?

Yes. You can set minimum levels and review low-stock alerts. Basic inventory and its alerts are available from Essential.

Can I manage suppliers, purchase orders and receiving?

Can I run physical counts and adjust differences?

Can I transfer inventory between locations?

Yes. Multi-location operations can request, dispatch and receive transfers while keeping the movement history at each location.

Can I record waste, spoilage and production?

Yes. Advanced inventory supports operating exits such as waste or spoilage and production movements, keeping an auditable history.

Essential includes 1 location, Professional up to 2 and Advanced up to 3. Enterprise is tailored to the operation. Locations can share a catalog while keeping permissions and inventory by location.

Can I limit what each employee can see or do?

08

Phones, printing and security

The devices, connection and setup you need to work.

What equipment do I need to use Tabloa?

A modern phone, tablet or computer with an updated browser and stable internet. Printing also requires a compatible printer and a configured print agent or station.

Can Tabloa be installed on a phone like an app?

Yes. Tabloa is an installable web app: from a compatible browser you can add it to the home screen and open it with an app-like experience.

Does Tabloa work without internet?

The interface can be installed as a web app, but operations and synchronization require a stable connection. We do not promise offline transaction capture; we recommend a backup connection for the point of sale.

Can I use different printers for kitchen, bar, receipts and pre-checks?

Yes. You can configure stations, zones and print routes, run tests and review jobs. Final compatibility depends on the equipment, local network and print-agent installation.

How does Tabloa protect access to information?

Tabloa uses secure sessions, business isolation, roles and permissions, access controls, audit logs, and technical and organizational measures. No system is infallible, so we also recommend unique credentials and least-privilege access.

09

Trial, pricing and subscription

Commercial terms and what happens before, during and after the trial.

How long is the free trial?

It lasts 14 days. You can configure the business, load the menu, invite the team and test the main workflows before activating a plan.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. You can create the account and start the trial without entering a card.

How much does Tabloa cost?

For English-language plans, Essential is $14.99 USD per month, Professional $19.99 and Advanced $25.99. Annual billing charges the equivalent of ten months. Enterprise is tailored to the operation.

Will you help me set up or migrate information?

Yes. Tabloa provides initial guidance to configure or migrate the essential information. Support level and channels vary by plan and commercial agreement.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes. You can cancel through the available channels to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not itself refund already-paid periods unless applicable law or commercial terms state otherwise.

What happens to my data if the trial ends and I do not pay?

The account stops operating and we keep the information for 14 additional days so you can reactivate it. Deletion then begins, subject to temporary backups and minimum records retained for security, billing or legal duties.

Want to see it with your own operation?

Create an account without a card, set up a table or quick sale, and validate the workflow with your team for 14 days.
